The home is very nicely and elegantly furnished. There's a feeling of friendliness and welcoming as soon as you arrive.

The Living Room focuses on a gorgeous and functional natural rock fireplace with airtight insert, and the glass sliders opening onto the large front deck. Overlooking it all is the beautiful and atmospheric chandelier hanging from the high, beautiful beamed ceilings above. This is a great place to gather around the fire for good conversation, or to watch movies with the family on a chilly winter evening.

 

The kitchen here has an eating area and plenty of room to create those culinary masterpieces you can usually only provide at home! Everything you need is here, from the newer stove and microwave to the toaster, coffee maker, and cookware. This is much more comfortable than any motel "kitchenette" unit.

All in all, Top of the Rainbow" can accommodate 6 comfortably. There is one queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins, and a trundle day bed that can be either two more twins ... or a King size when put together.

"Top Of The Rainbow" is a wonderful spot to spend a comfortable Winter or Summer weekend in your own Big Bear vacation rental ... and it's very economical! Winter Rates are $175 per night and Holiday Winter Rates are $175 to $225 per night. Try to do that at a hotel or motel for 6 people! Rates in Summer are $125 to $150 to $200 per night, depending on group size.
